Terms of Payment

• Reservations will be honored on a “first come, first served basis”. Thus, a 50% down payment is required to guarantee your booking.
• Failure to give the down payment at least 3 days before the date of arrival (check-in date) may prompt the Hotel to release room blocking.
• In such cases, the Hotel is not liable for any damages.

• Please fax your deposit slip at least 3 days before arrival date. The hotel fax number is 046-8602826. Kindly affix your name when sending the deposit slip.
• Or, you may also email your deposit slip to dj_viewpark@yahoo.com.
• You will receive a confirmation reply with the corresponding confirmation number to validate your reservation.
• No confirmation number – reservation not valid
• Full payment and down payment deposit slip will be required upon check-in for verification purposes.
• All incidental charges must be settled before check-out.

Foreign/Overseas Transactions

• Please make your down payment to our bank, details as stated above.
• If payment is made through Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer, an additional fee of USD 25.00 per transaction will be levied to cover bank charges.
• Kindly email your deposit slip to dj_viewpark@yahoo.com and affix your name when sending the deposit slip.
• You will receive a confirmation reply with the corresponding confirmation number to validate your reservation.
• No confirmation number – reservation not valid
• Please provide the Hotel with your estimated date and time of arrival.

Cancellation and No-Show

• No-show on the check-in date will automatically forfeit your reservation. Payments made are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rebooked.
• Cancellation of bookings may be made without penalty provided a written notice of cancellation is received by the Hotel not later than 10 days before your scheduled arrival.
• Reservations cancelled less than 10 days prior to your date of arrival will incur the following charges:

9 days before arrival date – 10% of the total amount (cannot be rebooked)

7 days before arrival date – 50% of the total amount (cannot be booked)

3 days before arrival date – 100% of the total amount (cannot be rebooked)

Rescheduled Bookings

• Reinstatement of bookings may be made without penalty provided a written notice of cancellation is received by the Hotel not later than 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
• Rebooking shall be subject to room availability.
• Rebooking is valid up to 6 months from the original date of reservation.

Extension of Stay

• Prior notice is required for extension of stay
• Extension is subject to room availability
• Extension Rates:
